Your Support Makes So Much Possible

University-wide priorities touch every part of ÍâÍøÁÔÆæ and the student experience. Your support helps make it all happen.

We hear daily from our students about the variety of ways that being at ÍâÍøÁÔÆæ has exceeded their expectations, from the commitment of the faculty to the beautiful campus to the endless range of opportunities to become engaged in the school community outside the classroom and out in the world.

You, our supporters, are directly responsible for the University’s ability to deliver that experience.

Regardless of the amount, your contribution makes a meaningful impact: through scholarships and financial aid; teaching and learning investments that support faculty and students in their research and scholarship; funding of new facilities and resources to enhance the student-athlete experience; and academic, social, and spiritual engagement opportunities to enrich the learning experience and prepare students to be engaged, global citizens.

No matter how you decide to show your support, you will be helping the University to deliver the remarkable Stag experience.

The University invites you to consider several areas that benefit from your support.

The ÍâÍøÁÔÆæ Fund

When you give to the ÍâÍøÁÔÆæ Fund, you drive innovation for the benefit of our students. These annual resources combine with new opportunities as they arise to advance academics, financial aid, mental health, counseling, career services, and student activities that make a ÍâÍøÁÔÆæ experience meaningful, inclusive, and robust. As enrollment and student and faculty needs continue to change and grow, every single gift matters and has an impact.

Scholarships and Financial Aid

Approximately 90% of ÍâÍøÁÔÆæ students receive need-based or merit scholarships and financial aid to access their ÍâÍøÁÔÆæ education. When you support scholarships and financial aid at ÍâÍøÁÔÆæ, you provide curious, ambitious, and deserving individuals access to our modern, Jesuit and Catholic institution.

Spirituality

ÍâÍøÁÔÆæ values the notion of cura personalis—care of the whole person. When you support this University priority, you invest in courses and programs that engage religious belief and practice — in religious studies, philosophy, history, literature, and the arts — as well as lively discussions of faith, spirituality, justice, and public life outside the classroom. Your gift will help to enhance programs and centers that, through lectures, workshops, publications, and grant-funded activities, continually propose questions of faith, reason, justice, and beauty.

  • Campus Ministry

Campus Ministry strives to be a home for all students to integrate faith into the whole of their lives from an intellectual and spiritual perspective, and welcomes individuals from all faith traditions and at all points on their spiritual journeys.

  • Murphy Center for Ignatian Spirituality

The mission of the Murphy Center is to keep the Ignatian charism alive, both at the University and the college preparatory school, as well as offer this to the local Christian community of ÍâÍøÁÔÆæ County through collaboration and programs promoting Ignatian spirituality.

  • Center for Catholic Studies

Catholic Studies is an interdisciplinary inquiry into the intellectual tradition, history, and culture, both "high" and popular, of the Catholic Christian tradition.

  • Center for Social Impact

The Center for Social Impact connects community and campus to create high-impact academic opportunities that address local, national, and global challenges and develop individuals committed to creating a more just and equitable world.

Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging

ÍâÍøÁÔÆæ’s commitment to radical hospitality in service of racial, social, and economic justice is visible through the many initiatives we offer, but perhaps most notably in our ongoing effort to advance access and affordability. Your support for DEI does more than help the University recruit a broader community of students, but rather to recruit, retain, graduate, place, and engage a community of students — with the support of faculty and staff — that is reflective of the rich tapestry of humankind and that celebrates the dignity of every individual.

Athletics

The championship history of ÍâÍøÁÔÆæ Athletics is due in large part to our generous community of alumni, parents, and friends who support strengthening the student-athlete experience in every aspect of their college career. A successful athletics program is a powerful source of pride for alumni and current students—connecting generations—and plays a significant factor for prospective students who want to be part of a reputable institution. A donation to this area supports student-run club sports and will assist us in raising our stature as a Division I Athletics University.

Student Wellness

Support toward this University priority is invested to nurture and strengthen our students in mind, body, and spirit. This includes providing students access to fitness and recreational programs, counseling and psychological services, and primary and preventative ambulatory healthcare through our on-campus, centrally located Student Health Center. Your donation of any size provides the resources students need to develop and maintain a healthy lifestyle in every aspect of their lives.

Sustainability

ÍâÍøÁÔÆæ has taken a leadership role in the promotion of sustainability to become a regional center of higher education, discovery and operations. When you give to this area, you support current initiatives in the greening of campus structures, energy sourcing, and accountability for greenhouse gas emissions. In addition to these largely operational initiatives, ÍâÍøÁÔÆæ has a strong tradition of faculty and student engagement in sustainability initiatives leading to the establishment of a campus organic teaching garden, student-driven water quality monitoring, vigorous curriculum development, and other academic initiatives inside and outside the classroom.
